calcule the distance in addforce.

Hello, I'm trying create a game, that you apply a force(Newton) in a cube and he needs stop in a specific point. the formula I knows that can calcule this is: distance = velocity*velocity/(2*friction*gravity) the block mass is 1, friction also 1, force is 60 N, gravity 9,81 m/s*s when I use this formule the result is 183,49(round), but in the addforce the block stop in the position 289,56. Someone could help me to knows how the addforce calcule the force and deceleration? I would like knows how is the position will stop and makes addforce calcule more like using the kinectic energy. OBS1: linear and drag are 0. OBS2: force mode is inpulse. OBS3: the fixed timestep is 0,02. OBS4: sorry for the bad english.
