addfore and timeScale

When I use the skill, the timeScale is 0.3 or 0.0, making the time slow and fast. However, as soon as the projectiles (arrows, bullets) are created, the timeScale is changed, or the enemy's next attack does not receive the power of the addforce and just falls off. I implemented the movement by using addforce to implement the parabolic movement of the arrow, how can I lower the timeSclae and return it to 1 so that it moves the same? it's so boring...
